Via Trib Opens Today at The Croc

Another day, another hand-built wood-fired Vesuvian pizza oven

Today, the new Crocodile gets its new Via Tribunali.

You remember the old Croc, that Belltown club where everything was dingy and smoke-encrusted and you wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Now, to go with the sparkly remodel comes a sparkly new pizza joint—fifth in Via Tribunali’s apparent campaign to colonize the world.

Seattle anyway.

Trib owner Mike Mcconnell recruited a small army of masons from Naples to hand-build the wood-fired oven with Vesuvian bricks.

That’ll get fired up today at 11am and stay roarin’ through dinner.
