Where to celebrate this Sunday

Easter’s about finding eggs, not preparing them. In that spirit, all you should really be making for Easter is reservations.

At 0/8 Seafood Grill in Bellevue it’s cedar-planked salmon and honey-glazed ham and more, served 9:30am-2:30pm. The cost is $36.95 for adults, $16.95 for kids under 12, and $5.95 for kids under five.

For a viewier meal choose Waterfront Seafood Grill for Dungeness Benedict, grilled filet with crab, and much more. The brunch menu’s available 11am-2pm, with the dinner menu available 11am-8pm.

Cafe Flora offers a terrific vegetarian brunch, starring things like apple cinnamon rolls and Hoppin’ John fritters. Brunch is served 9am-2pm; reservations taken for parties of 8 or more.

Downtowners might opt for icon Grill, where from 10am-2pm diners can pay $26.95 for entree (crab cake Bennies, prime rib) plus a spin through the buffet, or $17.95 for just the buffet (which includes stuff like apple strudel, cinnamon rolls, Asian noodle salad, deviled eggs, and chocolate-dipped strawberries).

Now go stimulate the egg-onomy.
