As you may be aware, Absinthe is now legal! Well, it was never really illegal, but it’s officially legal now, and we are going to celebrate by hosting two of America’s foremost experts on Absinthe, Gwydion Stone, the maker of Absinthe Marteau, and Paul Clark, contributing editor of Imbibe Magazine will reprise a great forum on Absinthe that they led at Tales of the Cocktail last year. We’ll also be tasting a few cocktails that feature Absinthe from some of these companies that will be there to tell you about their product:
This will be an excellent opportunity not only to taste each of these absinthes side-by-side, but also learn fascinating information about this product.
Tickets for the WSBG Absinthe Forum will be:
$25 for non-Members
Free for WSBG Members (Membership is $99, which includes complimentary 1 year subscription to "Imbibe" magazine)
