WHERE: Facèré Jewelry Art Gallery

WHAT: Outer Limits is a jewelry art show featuring exceptional materials and larger-than-life forms. Treasures on display include candy-painted steel earrings and bangles reminiscent of show cars, striking necklaces of glass-infused nylon created with 3D-printing technology, and Legos sculpted into pixellated mouths baring teeth. Form is stretched to the limits with stunning pieces that play with proportion and size. This jewelry is meant to not just catch glances but keep them.

Get a taste of local artist and vanguard style maven Jana Brevick, who's showing new pieces in sterling silver, before her solo museum exhibition opening this April at Bellevue Arts Museum.

WHEN: Show opens February 4 and is on view through February 24. Catch local artists Jana Brevick and Tia Kramer with visiting artist Emiko Oye at the preopening lecture February 4 at 4pm. Hot tip: RSVP early for three-hour parking passes for the City Centre building.

And don't forget, it's a great chance to pick something up for Valentine's Day, whether you're going for tradition or something more otherworldly.
