On Saturday, April 14, 2018, Seattle Repertory Theatre threw their annual fundraising gala, IN FOCUS, which raised a record-breaking $840,000. Cocktail hour was hosted in the theatre’s lobby-turned-portrait gallery with musical entertainment by Justin Huertas and Rheanna Atendido. The dinner, live auction, and Raise the Paddle took place on the Bagley Wright Theatre stage, followed by an after-party in the Seattle Rep Scene Shop. Artistic Director Braden Abraham and Managing Director Jeffrey Herrmann passionately spoke about the theatre’s current renovation efforts, the PONCHO Forum Renewal Project, and programs that happen within that vital artistic space.
