The Washington State Bar Association held its APEX (Acknowledging Professional Excellence) Awards September 28 at the Seattle Sheraton. The evening celebrated legal luminaries from throughout Washington with awards including Lifetime Service, Excellence in Diversity, Pro Bono and Public Service, and Outstanding Judge, among others. The evening included remarks from Washington Supreme Court Chief Justice Mary Fairhurst, and the president of the State Bar, Bradford E. Furlong. Underwritten by the Washington State Bar Foundation, proceeds support public service and diversity and inclusion programs of the Washington State Bar Association. Gold sponsors Masters Law Group and Private Practice Transitions helped make the evening a success.
