750 people attended the 24^th annual Literary Lions Gala on March 11 and raised $380,000 for literacy, learning, and libraries. Keynote speaker Daniel Handler a.k.a Lemony Snicket, Master of Ceremonies Nancy Pearl, and 17 esteemed Northwest authors were on hand to delight event attendees and raise money for the Summer Reading Program at the King County Library System.”
