Friends, patrons and alumni celebrated the Northwest Boychoir and Vocalpoint! Seattle in style at the Black Tie & Blue Jeans Gala on March 4 at the Seattle Design Center. A capacity crowd danced the night away to the sounds of Vocalpoint! Seattle, the high school affiliate of the Northwest Boychoir. Both are directed by Joseph Crnko, who has been with the choirs for 33 years. Led by MC and alum, Jack Forman, the crowd raised $100,000 for financial aid and choral programs, so that every qualified young person will be able to take advantage of their premier music education and performance programs.
