On October 6, the Seattle Aquarium’s SeaChange breakfast raised over $120,000 in support of the Aquarium’s conservation and research efforts. Jim Wharton, director of conservation and education, spoke about our one world ocean and highlighted the Aquarium’s award-winning beach naturalist program. Dr. Elliott Norse, founder of the Marine Conservation Institute, delivered the keynote address: Protecting the Oceans We’re Leaving Our Grandchildren.
