On August 7th Talon Private Capital and Real Retail hosted a launch party for Kirkland Marketplace formerly known as Kirkland Parkplace. Potential tenants and brokers departed from downtown Kirkland and were treated to cocktails and a cruise on Lake Washington, as the project team unveiled the plans for the redevelopment of the new 1.2 million square foot mixed-used project. Located in the vibrant waterfront community of downtown Kirkland, Kirkland Marketplace will start construction first quarter of next year and will open fourth quarter 2017.
