Executive Chef Kerry Sear and four other Four Seasons Chefs entertained a ballroom full of guests at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Best of the West Chef Showdown to celebrate the hotel’s 5th anniversary. On November 3, each chef from Seattle, Vancouver, Santa Barbara, San Francisco and Los Angeles were challenged to incorporate surprise ingredients into their appetizer and to their dish for the evening’s five-course menu.
