On August 14, 200 residents and guests of Mercer Island’s new Aviara Apartment Homes enjoyed a Summer Celebration on the community’s rooftop garden. Attendees tasted local wines and beers and feasted on a German beer garden-inspired menu. Aviara features 166 luxury apartment homes and is the newest Seattle-area development by BRE Properties. It is also the future home of The Islander restaurant.
