On Friday, July 12, Woodland Park Zoo’s premier fundraiser, Jungle Party, raised a stunning $1.65 million. These funds include support for 2013’s Fund-Our-Future: Leader’s, Tigers, & Bears Oh My! which will help aid the zoo’s animal care, education programs for tomorrow’s conservation leaders, and conservation collaborations around the world. Jungle Party attracts close to 1,000 of the Puget Sound region’s civic and philanthropic leaders annually.
