WHERE: Downtown Seattle Goodwill

WHAT: All year long Goodwill saves the best of its vintage and gently used donations—those baring labels like Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, Betsy Johnson, Coach, Burberry, DVF, and Michael Kors—and puts them aside for their annual two-day Glittter Sale.

All proceeds from the sale benefit Goodwill's free job education and training programs, which help folks establish the necessary foundations for independent living. Last year, the sale raised an all time record of $186, 217.

WHEN: Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11 from 9 to 6.

To preview the sale, the Goodwill Glitter Gala is on Wednesday, November 7; the dinner, silent auction, fundraiser, and fashion show showcases the best items of the lot. In the meantime, Goodwill's new blog, A Cup of Goodwill, will be previewing items throughout October.
