Share Your Bed at Table Top & Home

Table Top and Home’s Chenevard quilt and shams will be 10 percent off if you donate bedding during June or July.
WHERE: Table Top & Home
WHAT: In partnership with the Sharehouse, a local organization that helps provide used furniture and housewares to formerly homeless folks, Table Top & Home is asking for donations of new, unwanted, or gently used bedding.
During June and July, the Bellevue-based shop will collect bedding donations and, in exchange, honor a 10 percent discount off the purchase of new bedding. Beyond that, they have promised to make their own donation of $10,000 worth of product directly to the Sharehouse to further the organization’s mission of helping families while keeping used materials out of landfills.
WHEN: Donations will be collected throughout June and July during regular business hours. Table Top & Home is also hosting an evening event on July 25 from 5 to 8 to celebrate the bedding drive and give the public a chance to share bubbly and snacks with representatives from the Sharehouse and Matouk bedding. Prospective guests may RSVP through the Facebook event.
The one footnote here: the Bellevue home store is where former Velocity Art & Design owner John Tusher has landed. Now that’s a story that generated a lot of interest, so while we’re not looking to overshadow the bedding drive with a bunch of drama, we knew you’d want to know.
