DeLille Cellars Brings People Together for Memorable Moments
With more than three decades of bringing people together over wine, DeLille Cellars beckons wine enthusiasts from near and far to relax, unwind, and experience beautiful, Bordeaux-style wine blends. This winter, when the cold weather draws people back inside, DeLille Cellars’ offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere at their newest location in University Village, as well as their tasting room and restaurant in Woodinville.
DeLille Cellars, a pioneer in the Washington wine industry with a heart for great wine and stellar hospitality, opened a stunning 6,700-square-foot University Village restaurant and wine shop called DeLille En Ville at 4601 26th Ave NE in Seattle in September. Here, wine lovers from all walks of life are invited to treat their tastebuds to local flavors as well as delight their palates with the robust DeLille wine portfolio.
“We’re excited for DeLille En Ville to showcase our wine and hospitality with more people living in or visiting the Seattle area, as well as providing an additional offering for our amazing customers that have supported us over the last 30+ years,” says Tom Dugan, CEO of DeLille. “Come gather around our table to have a memorable meal and unwind together.”
Whether it’s a relaxing weekend brunch or lunch, or a romantic dinner – or a stop for just a glass of wine, the En Ville restaurant is inspired by the bounty and beauty of the Pacific Northwest and framed through a French culinary lens. The café and bottle shop also offers pastries and small bites to-go, and DeLille wines are available by the bottle.
Looking to arrange a special weekend getaway to Woodinville? The tasting room at DeLille is in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country at the Old Redhook Brewery location at 14300 NE 145th Street. Relax with a tasting flight, where you’ll be captivated by DeLille’s Bordeaux and Rhône-style single varietals and blends. Then, stay for a one-of-a-kind meal at the Restaurant at DeLille Cellars, which has been named a top 10 winery restaurant by USA Today. Foodies love some of the restaurant’s most savory delicacies such as grilled Spanish octopus, braised pork belly, Columbia River sturgeon, steak frites, or freshly made pasta with Dungeness crab.
DeLille Cellars’ mission of bringing joy and fostering connection among people, encouraging them to swap stories and share smiles, is part of the magic that comes inside each bottle of handcrafted wine.
According to VP of Winemaking and Viticulture Jason Gorski, that’s the most important piece: “We make wine that’s meant to be shared and enjoyed. We can’t think of a better way to do that than offering exceptional wine with delicious food in a beautiful location – whether that’s in Woodinville, Seattle or around your own table surrounded by friends and family this holiday season.”
So, as you think about where your winter wonderland adventures will take you this season, be sure to include DeLille Cellars in your plans. Make your reservation at the new University Village location or plan your visit to the DeLille Cellars tasting room and restaurant in Woodinville today.
