Dold brings more than 20 years of expertise in driving best-in-class care delivery within top academic medical centers and health systems. Dowling brings more than 30 years of health care leadership experience and was recently
recognized in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2024 Power 100 list of visionary leaders in the region. And Dr. Tolbert brings more than 25 years of experience spanning patient care, leadership and strategy development, and also serves as a faculty member at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine.
