Coast. The stunning coastline hasn’t changed in that it offers guests the opportunity to unwind, unplug, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Ideal for adventurers of all kinds or simply those seeking a bit of coastal bliss, the entire Evergreen Coast is an incredible place to explore the extraordinary scenery and attractions in and around the cities that make up Pacific County.

Long Beach: A family-friendly destination, Long Beach is known for its expansive sandy shoreline, ideal for long beach walks, kite flying, beachcombing, and more. The town has a lively boardwalk along the beach and boasts the 8.5-mile Discovery Trail which begins at the Port of Ilwaco, travels through a steep hillside straight to Cape Disappointment State Park and ends behind the Breakers in Long Beach. Other exclusive and notable attractions include the Jake the Alligator Man at Marsh’s Free Museum and the World Kite Museum, with lots of kite-related exhibits.
Tokeland: This quaint town is recognized for its special fishing community and rich
history. It’s also home to the Tokeland Hotel, the oldest hotel in the state of Washington, which features a wood-fired hot tub. For seafood lovers, stop by Nelson’s Crab, the area’s fresh seafood shop by the marina.

Raymond and South Bend: South Bend is the self-proclaimed ‘Oyster Capital of the World’ and boasts a rich and unique history, highlighted by the historic Pacific County Courthouse. Nearby Raymond is distinguished by its one-of-a-kind outdoor sculptures and the Northwest Carriage Museum. Both areas are a sanctuary for people who love experiencing the distinct beauty of the Pacific Northwest, offering plenty of options for hiking, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.

By offering an updated brand encompassing all the unique things a visitor can experience in our area, we are hoping to attract a diverse group of visitors ranging from families to adventure seekers, to outdoor enthusiasts and road trippers and everything in between."
