In Good Company is an opportunity to savor the tastes of the city’s most exciting star chefs and James Beard award nominees. Fremont restaurant Revel, from husband and wife duo Rachel Yang and her husband Seif Chirchi, will showcase their Korean and French fusion cuisine, a concept that led to a James Beard Award nomination in 2022. Kricket Club, a Ravenna date night destination by chef Preeti Agarwal, will serve up bites representative of their expansive Indian cuisines.

You’ll also try small plates and bites from longstanding Seattle institutions, like tuna from Ethan Stowell Restaurants; eggplant spread and pita from Sabine Cafe and Bar’s Middle Eastern-inspired menu; and butterscotch pudding and sorbet from  Bellevue’s The Lakehouse. Try rockfish dip from Chef Rene Erickson’s restaurant Willmott’s Ghost; King Salmon crudo and white truffle ponzu from Bamboo Sushi; bites from Samara’s wood-fired bistro; tastings from mamnoon’s Levantine-inspired cuisine; and exceptional offerings from The Restaurant at Delille Cellars.

We are also thrilled to host Masakan, a Malaysian pop-up from mother and daughter duo Masitah Hamzah and Safira Ezani, and Marimakan—a crab and seafood pop-up from Chef V., best known for her Singapore black pepper crab. Pop-up panadería Bakescapade will also be there, bringing samples of their special Pan de Muerto.

There will be beer from Pike Brewing Company, Washington’s longest-running independent craft brewery; and Bizarre Brewing, known for inventive brews at lower alcohol levels. Bartender Mark Paschal from Jude’s Old Town will be in attendance to serve up craft cocktails, and beverage company Nowhere will be pouring climate-friendly, nonalcoholic beverages made from locally sourced ingredients. You can also sip on spirits from some of the city’s finest independent distilleries: Westland Distillery, Highside Distilling, Astraea Spirits, and SennzaFinne Libations. We’ve got wine lovers covered too with Welcome Road Winery pouring up their Tournesol Rosé made from Sangiovese grown in Columbia Valley.

Plus, KEXP's DJ Sharlese will keep the tunes flowing all evening.

What makes this tasting experience unique is that our event sponsors—Farmstand Local Foods, Baywater Shellfish, Key City Fish, Washington State Cheesemakers, Washington Dairy, and Blue Dot Kitchen—will provide local ingredients to participating chefs. Event sponsor The Collective, aside from hosting In Good Company at their beautiful space, will also represent their elevated menu offerings with Chef Juan Garcia’s curry kale, butternut squash, fall quinoa, and chèvre stuffed figs.

Grab one of their limited VIP tickets to enjoy early access to In Good Company, which includes a showcase of Westland Distillery’s American Single Malt with whiskey flights, full-size cocktails and presentation with bartender Mark Paschal from Jude’s Old Town, and gift cards to South Lake Union establishments—perfect for dining and drinking out on your next SLU jaunt.
