9.    Hike God’s Thumb

Get a spectacular view of Lincoln City and the coastline at the top of God’s Thumb, a local favorite in-and-out trail. Rated moderately difficult, the trail is 4.3 miles. An alternative is the Knoll trail that begins at the same trailhead at the north end of the city. It’s shorter at 3 miles out and back.
