There is no need to cast a net to land some of the region’s best seafood sandwiches. Lil Woody’s gives the nod to the fruits of the sea for its third annual sandwich collaboration during Seafood Month, August 1 through September 4, 2023.  The seafood burgers are created by five Seattle chefs who offer their twist on the beloved seafood sandwich. These one-of-a-kind delights run the flavor gamut: fried chicken with crab fat mayo slaw, chorizo and cod patty with fennel-onion slaw, breaded rockfish with Tonkatsu sauce, shrimp patty with Marimakan CrabHouse black pepper sauce, beer-battered pollock.
