Presented by First & Goal July 17, 2023

The long-awaited return of the Seattle Seahawks has arrived. Fans can now schedule which football events they want to attend, including the Football Fest held at Lumen Field on Friday, August 4, and get ready to make noise.

Football Fest

Gates open at 4 p.m. for Football Fest. You can watch the newest additions to the roster along with veteran Seahawks you’ve cheered on before while they play a mock game starting at 5:20 p.m. Passionate fans not only have the chance to see their favorite team in action, making touchdowns, field goals, and star-studded tackles but they’ll be treated to live music and tasty fare from food trucks, located in the Muckleshoot Heritage Plaza.

The showstopper for many 12s will be the autographed football toss after the game. Tickets for Football Fest begin at $20.

Training Camp

Opportunities abound for you to watch the Seahawks’ franchise hone their skills at Training Camp, powered by Boeing, at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton. Nine themed camps, open to the public, take place from Wednesday, July 26 through Wednesday, August 16. Each one lasts approximately two hours. Children, 15 years and younger, must have an adult with them.

Here is the schedule:

Friday, July 28, 1:30 pm: Season Ticket Holder Day

Sunday, July 30, 1:30 pm: Legends and Throwback Day

Tuesday, August 1, 1:30 pm: Kids Day

Thursday, August 3, 1:30 pm: Mascot Mayhem

Pre-Season Games

By now the 12s have developed their voices to the earsplitting decibels needed to cheer on the Seahawks at their first preseason skirmish with the Minnesota Vikings at Lumen Field. Besides the struggle for dominance, which takes place on Thursday, August 10th at 7 pm, this event has also been declared Pride Night to support the LGBTQ+ community.

Save room on your calendar for a second preseason battle at Lumen Field against the Dallas Cowboys, Saturday, August 19th at 7 pm. Travel is not required. Plus it’s Kids Day - Junior 12s can experience a wide variety of fun and entertainment, including family-friendly inflatables, video games, plus Blitz’s birthday party pregame in Touchdown City.
