Located at the corner of 14th & Pine,

Artusi is Capitol Hill’s modern aperitivo bar recognized for its creative Italian fare and crafted, amaro-based cocktails. This casual urban destination is suited for a drink and light snack at the bar or intimate, seated table dining with friends with views of the bustling street from floor to ceiling windows.

The Artusi menu comes from talented chef Stuart Lane of much lauded next-door Northern Italian sibling, Spinasse. In addition to a curated menu of snacks like irresistible hazelnuts with Controne chili, muscovado sugar and fennel pollen, diners feast on Lane’s much-lauded pork and beef meatballs. Choices for antipasto like a chop salad- romaine, salami, provolone, oregano with red wine vinaigrette is the ideal warm-up to main courses, usually a meat and a fish selection. Lane brings his sublime handmade pastas, usually a choice of four, to the Artusi menu. Current dishes include a risotto with lobster mushrooms and rosemary; pappardelle with tomato butter, cremini mushrooms, marjoram and pecorino; cavatelli with pork and rosemary sausage and Parmesan; tonnarelli with bacon cacio e pepe.

Seattle’s favorite pasta dining deal takes place every Sunday and Monday night from 5pm-10pm. Artusi offers Pasta & Wine Night-two pastas and a choice of a bottle of red or white house-selected wine for just $45 . Get your forks ready; it’s a screaming deal! Seating is walk-in only. No reservations are required.
