If you’ve been to Pike Place Market in the last few years, you’ve probably been to Ellenos. Since the first day they opened in 2013, their fresh-scooped yogurt bar has been intriguing Seattleites and tourists alike with treats that look and taste more like gelato than yogurt. It’s the kind of yogurt that will change your mind about what yogurt is; the kind of yogurt you’re willing to make a special trip for and then hide in the back of the fridge and save for dessert. Now, Ellenos is introducing the Pike Place Collection, featuring three new dessert-worthy flavors inspired by their scoop bar at Seattle’s iconic market, each designed to pair perfectly with their traditional Greek yogurt, which has been perfected by the Apostolopoulos family over several generations.

The new flavors are:

• Apple Crisp: Stewed apples with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with a spiced cookie crumble

• Coconut Cream Pie: Homemade coconut cream pie filling, topped with a butter cookie crumble with toasted coconut shreds

• Key Lime Pie: Key lime curd made from scratch paired with a graham cracker crust crumble

“We’re really excited that these scoop-bar-inspired flavors will be available every day at grocery stores,” says Ellenos co-founder Alex Apostolopoulos, “When we made Key Lime Pie last summer, we got a ton of feedback from fans saying they wanted to be able to eat it all year round, and we also feel like these indulgent flavors with the crumble toppers really evoke what we do down at the market. I’m really pleased with the way we were able to make the scoop bar flavors translate to a cupped yogurt, and can’t wait to hear what fans think.”

All three flavors are now available at Met Market stores. Find it in a store near you at ellenos.com/our-locations.
