Your New Favorite Gluten-Free Cracker

You probably know their crackers. Those lightly salted and delightfully light and crisp Croccantini® found in the deli department at your local supermarket. But did you know they have been producing those wholesome and savory crackers right in your backyard for over 20 years? Their story is one of richness and authenticity, and it all began right here in 1990 in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. An Italian immigrant started the La Panzanella ® Bakery and Deli to supply his highly sought after artisan bread to local restaurants. In 1997, his mother came to visit from Italy, and while she was in town she recreated one of her own recipes to bake the first Croccantini ® (crunchy little bite) cracker. In 2003 the Deli was purchased by current La Panzanella owner, Paul Pigott, a local Seattleite and established entrepreneur. La Panzanella Bakery and Deli became La Panzanella Artisanal Foods Co., the name they still own and operate under today. From the start, their passion has always been to make the very best artisanal foods inspired by traditional, regional recipes and flavors that have been perfected over generations. Whether you’re entertaining family and friends, or just enjoying a night in, their crackers are there for those lasting moments. Sharing life, love and food.

Today, La Panzanella can proudly say they are still crafting their Croccantini crackers using the same natural and artisanal ingredients from original recipes. As times have changed, they have recognized that not all crackers are created equal. So, after numerous requests and countless tests, they have proudly introduced a line of Certified Gluten-Free Oat Thins crackers, now available in three different savory flavors: Toasted Oat, Roasted Garlic and Rosemary. Made with whole oat flour, La Panzanella Oat Thins crackers artfully complement any cheese board or party platter. Whether you are making a conscious health decision, or just enjoy trying new things, these Gluten-Free crackers will have your taste buds jumping for joy. You can now find La Panzanella Gluten-Free Oat Thins at these local retailers: Metropolitan Market, Whole Foods, and QFC.
