Cowabunga, a 3 day ALL you can eat food festival, has ALL-star chefs and ALL of the flavors! Get your tickets today and get ready to eat your heart out.

For the savory folk, we’ve got Authentic Mexican food from Taqueria Nueve (PDX) and samples from chef David Orozco from Asadero, Wagyu steakhouse. If you prefer your meals on wheels, we will have street food by Skillet Food Truck, alongs with Stacks Burgers and other mobile eateries throughout. For the fancy folk, we will have Italian cuisine from Spinasse and steak samples cooked up by chef Thomas Sheehan from steak frites classic Red Cow. Plus jerky from Oberto and meatballs by Painted Hills; and there will be BBQ, Demos, Rubs and Marinades, grilling techniques, SilverFire, Big Green Eggs, food editors, cook books, and Washington ranchers roaming throughout!

Ferndale Farmstead will “save you the trip” and bring an Italian cheese experience right to you! La Panzanella and Beecher’s Hand Made Cheese are partnering up for some artisan snacks. Plus we will have Mt. Townsend Creamery and Ellenos Yogurt with a Toppings Bar from Whole Foods, and more!

For the sweet tooth: Sample some classic scoops from Bluebird Ice Cream, go bold with wacky flavors by PDX favorite Salt & Straw and Seattle’s own Full Tilt,  and get seasonal with Snoqualmie Ice Cream who will be bringing out the holiday flavors like pumpkin, eggnog, and peppermint! Not to mention Saturday night’s American Classic Desserts revisited competition at Seared.
