What is It: Stroll through the French Quarter without leaving Seattle. New Orleans Food & Funk fest is the spot to satisfy your southern cravings! Feast on NOLA inspired dishes created by Seattle’s top chef’s while you soak in a night filled with jazz, funk, soul and blues all while you sip on an authentic Hurricane.

The Food Quarter: Get ready to stuff your face with Gumbo and Gator Bites. NOFF is lined with over a dozen Seattle restaurants & this year we’re bringing in a New Orlean’s staple to join the party. Jacque-Imo’s will be here straight from The Big Easy to bestow upon us his Jambalya & Blackened Red Fish with a side of his to die for cornbread muffins. You’ll find all your favorite creole dishes. Beignets, Crawfish, Po Boys, Oysters, & Chicken & Waffles are just the beginning of what will be sizzling up at the chef stations. See all NOFF Restaurants.

The Poisons: Are you sold yet? If not the three specialty cocktail bars should do the trick. Belly up to the Voodoo Pharmacy, St.Roche Speakeasy, and Big Easy to get your Frozen Hurricanes, Mississippi Mudslides, & a variety of New Orleans brews. Whatever your choice of poison is, it is safe to say that the theme of the night will offer something you can rely on.

The Funk: And no night in New Orleans is complete without an excellent line up of musicians. Curated by Upstream Music Fest, the stage will feature two New Orleans based bands: The Soul Rebels, an eight piece brass band, & The Pimps of Joytime, the epitome of funk. We’ll also weave in the local flare with the funky sounds from Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio & DJ Supreme La Rock. This line up will keep you on the dance floor all night.
