“Assembly118” – the “118” stands for Columbia City’s 98118 zip code – will be South Seattle’s newest light-rail connected apartment community on the Sound Transit Link Othello light rail stop.  It’s scheduled to open its doors to residents this July - just in time to ditch the commute and spend more time BBQ’ing on the rooftop deck.

And, due to the community’s high-end finishes and amenities – sans the downtown price tag – applicant response has been astoundingly positive.

The building includes a mix of 359 apartments, townhomes, and live work studios, some with industrial finishes.  Amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness studio, rooftop sky lounge with outdoor kitchen, rooftop dog park, resident garden plots and outdoor fire tables. Immediately adjacent to the Othello light rail station and almost too perfectly located between the vibrant food/drink/culture scenes of Columbia City, Georgetown, and Hillman City, Assembly118 is also in the center of what will ultimately become one of Seattle’s designated urban villages.  This means more restaurants, bars, and lifestyle options to come over time. 

The building and light rail stop is halfway between downtown Seattle and SeaTac Airport on the Link light-rail line.
