We've had this year's city council candidates in for interviews—and endorsements are coming. But in the mean time, here's a basic primer I put together for the magazine.

And, while not endorsements,  all the Seattle Met write ups do conclude with some advice.

For example, in District One (West Seattle) where longtime Nick Licata aide Lisa Herbold is running against King County Council Democrat Joe McDermott aide Shannon Braddock, there's this:

✔︎ Vote for Shannon Braddock if you want mayor Ed Murray to have a progressive ally.
✔︎ Vote for Lisa Herbold if you want Kshama Sawant to have an experienced ally.
