Advance Notice for June 30
Seattle Premiere of 'Lost in the Fine Print'
The Alliance For Justice presents Lost in the Fine Print, a documentary that tells the story of three people who found themselves trapped in the legal system. The movie examines the impact of forced arbitration, which robs individuals of the right to an impartial judge or jury. In fact, one study found that arbitrators rule for companies over consumers 94 percent of the time.
Lost in the Fine Print urges us to challenge a system that violates anti-discrimination, consumer protection, and public health laws. Register in advance for a chance to view the documentary and hear U.S. Representative Suzan DelBene's keynote address.
Seattle Premiere of 'Lost in the Fine Print', Tues, June 30, 6:45pm, Town Hall Seattle, 1119 Eighth Ave, Free with RSVP
