Living in Seattle, I often get the feeling—as I did biking home yesterday and in to work again this morning—that I'm actually living inside one of those design firm renderings. 

You know the ones—like those Waterfront Seattle mockups from SHoP Architects, Mithun, and Creative Time. 

Or like I'm in the near-future-y, urban utopia movie Her.

Right?
