Microhousing Meeting

It's your second chance to weigh in on the always lively topic of microhousing, AKA aPodments—or just watch the fireworks fly. Some single-family neighborhood activists argue that the developments, which consist of multiple small apartments surrounding shared kitchens, ruin neighborhood character, eat up on-street parking, and exploit a loophole in the city's zoning regulations (because each floor is technically a single "unit," buildings with fewer than eight floors are exempt from design review.)
