 A Bike Break

Bike month continues with Commute Seattle's third annual Bikes and Bagels event. Bike over to McGraw Square downtown between 7am and 9am to score some bagels, coffee and prizes—and snap a quick picture with your biking buddies at the Met Pages team photo booth.

Changing Demographics

As the US becomes more diverse, Seattle will be on the "front lines" of the nation's changing demographics, according to recent research by The Brookings Institute. This community gathering, hosted by the Generation Initiative, will highlight what national demographic experts are learning about demographic changes and their implications for the future of the Seattle metropolitan region.
