New Ad Slams Koster for "Radical" Anti-Woman Agenda

By Erica C. Barnett September 18, 2012

The Democratic House Majority PAC has a new ad slamming Tea Party Republican John Koster, running for Congress in the newly redrawn 1st District against Democrat Suzan DelBene, for his opposition to coverage for birth control; his opposition to funding for Planned Parenthood; and his support for a ban on abortion in all circumstances, including rape and incest---an anti-woman agenda, the ad says, "so radical it's hard to believe."

Koster made news most recently with his statement supporting Presidential candidate Mitt Romney's condemnation of President Obama after attacks in Syria killed four US diplomats, blaming Obama's "lack of leadership" for the attacks and accusing embassy staff of "apologiz[ing] for America's First Amendment." (The embassy issued a statement condemning religious attacks before the bombing took place). In that same statement, Koster worked in a non sequitur about "some imaginary 'war on women'" for good measure.
