826 Day

Nonprofit writing center 826 Seattle is having a party to celebrate their favorite day of the year: 8/26. The party will feature prizes, live music, and 826 Luminosity beer, with all proceeds from beer sales going to 826 Seattle's free programming.

Salmon-Enchanted Evening

Terrible pun aside, this benefit for Victor Steinbrueck Park is an opportunity to enjoy grilled sockeye salmon, sides and dessert (local blueberry crisp) for just $15 courtesy of Tom Douglas. Proceeds go toward park security.
