One Killed, Three Wounded In Bus Stop Shooting

One man was killed and three people were wounded in a shooting at a south Seattle bus stop early Monday morning.

Police say three men and one woman were sitting at a bus stop at Rainier Ave S. and S. McClellan at 2:45 AM when another group of men pulled up in a car and approached them.

The two groups got into an altercation, and one of the men in the second group pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking the woman and three men in the bus shelter.

One man was killed at the scene, while another man ran across the street to a gas station where he collapsed in the parking lot.

The three surviving victims were taken to Harborview Hospital.

According to police, one man sustained a gunshot wound to the chest, while the other two victims were hit in the legs.

Police haven't yet released information about what led to the shooting.
