One man was wounded in a drive-by shooting in West Seattle Wednesday night.

Just after 7:30 p.m., a gunman in a blue vehicle—police say it may have been a Pontiac—opened fire on a man at SW Cambridge and 11th Ave SW.

The victim, who is in his early 20s, was struck several times in the back and taken to Harborview.

Gang unit detectives were on-scene following the shooting.
