In a trial with testimony so brutal, jurors are being offered counseling services, Isaiah Kalebu has been found guilty of aggravated murder, attempted first-degree murder, first-degree rape and first-degree burglary.

The verdict means the 25-year-old likely faces life in prison

Kalebu was convicted for the July 2009 break-in and attack on a lesbian couple in their South Park home.
