Brother Of Man Shot By San Francisco Police Arrested For South Seattle Murder

By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee July 27, 2011

Last night, Seattle police arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a fatal beating in the Brighton neighborhood.

The man arrested is the brother of Kenneth Harding, the person of interest in a fatal quadruple shooting in South Seattle.  San Francisco Police say Kenneth Harding fatally shot himself following an exchange of gunfire with officers earlier this month.

Here's a very limited amount of info from SPD:

On the evening of July 26th,  Seattle Police Homicide detectives arrested the suspect wanted in Saturday’s South Seattle homicide.  The 21 year old suspect  was taken into custody south of Seattle without incident and was booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Homicide.

According to SPD sources, the department—along with SFPD—put out a bulletin to officers last week warning them the 21-year-old man was considered "armed and dangerous" and possibly a threat to police.

He has not yet been charged.
