As Erica first reported on Friday, Seattle city council member Mike O'Brien pushed for a referendum on the tunnel this morning while simultaneously casting the lone 'No' vote in an 8-1 vote overriding Mayor Mike McGinn's recent veto of the tunnel deal between the city and the state.
