By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee December 30, 2010

Around 12:30 a.m. on December 26th, a woman was robbed at gunpoint as she was walking home along the Chief Sealth trail, near 26th Ave and S Orcas on Beacon Hill.

The man pulled out a handgun, put it to the woman's back, and said "give me everything you have."

When the woman handed the suspect her wallet, he took out $150, threw the wallet on the ground and then took her Samsung camera cell phone from her before he took off running.

The woman ran to several nearby homes and began ringing doorbells until someone called 911.

Police searched the area, but were unable to find the suspect, who is described in the report as a black male with braided hair, about 6'0, wearing a dark beanie, a gray zipper sweater, dark colored pants and white Jordan tennis shoes.

The victim told police she had seen the suspect once before on the #7 Metro bus.
