While last night's Cola meet-and-greet and Q&A with Seattle's delegation was certainly an erudite public policy event (and newsworthy! according the PI.com and the Stranger ), it actually took place at a bar. Liberty Bar. And we're happy to announce that Liberty owner and booze chemist Andrew Friedman created a "PubliCola" cocktail for the occasion.

Aperol
Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine
