These are very good numbers for U.S. Sen. Patty Murray. With 1.2 million of the votes counted (over 30 percent of the vote) Murray is leading Dino Rossi  51.8  to 48.2.

And in King County, Murray is ahead 62-38. Essentially, Rossi needs to be ahead in the statewide count at this point in the game. Even more so, Murray's King County lead needs to be south of 60 for him to have a chance.
