Today, riffing on some news she broke earlier this week (that despite McGinn's plans to find a permanent homeless encampment to replace Nickelsville, there's actually no funding for it in his budget), Erica asked him what was going to happen with the encampment plans.
McGinn began his answer by putting Erica down. "There you go again, Erica," he scoffed, copping the famous line Ronald Reagan used in a debate with Jimmy Carter in 1980.
We'll take Jimmy Carter to McGinn's Reagan any day.
