On Other Blogs Today: Races (Might Be) Closer than We Thought in 9th and 3rd

By Bryce McKay September 21, 2010

1. The Olympian has a polling roundup today: headlining the story is Republican Dick Muri’s good showing against Congressman Adam Smith (D-WA 9). Additionally, an internal poll conducted by Democrat Denny Heck’s campaign in the third congressional shows him within the margin of error against Republican Jaime Herrera. (Heck is behind by 9 in most polls.)

2. Congratulations to Goldy. The all-star blogger has joined the team over at the SLOG. Check out his first post on state spending and a dam controversy in Pend Oreille county.

And congrats to the SLOG for finally adding an ultra partisan Democrat to their editorial roster!

3. KOMO has the story on Michelle Obama campaigning for Senator Patty Murray here in Seattle. Look for Rossi to blame the First Lady for the BP oil spill.
