West Seattle Smash n' Grab Burglar Appears In Court
The man who police say is a suspect is more than 30 burglaries made his first court appearance Thursday after his arrest early Wednesday.
The 50-year-old man was ordered held for investigation of burglary on $ 150,002 bail.
About 2 a.m. police responded to a burglary in the 15821 block of First Avenue South. A witness saw a man wearing a blue shirt and tan pants running from the scene with an alarm sounding.

The suspect was wearing the same clothes as the man described running from Huff Motorsports about 2 a.m., according to court documents. The witness said the burglar was carrying a cash register during part of his run.
