Two Injured In Gang Shooting In South Seattle

On August 3rd at approximately 10:54 p.m. officers responded to a 911 report of two people shot in the 4800 block of South Garden Street.  Officers arrived on scene and located two adult gunshot victims, one male and one female.  The female victim sustained a gunshot wound to her ankle; the male victim sustained a gunshot wound to his buttocks.  SFD medics were called to the scene and both victims were subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. 


The suspect remains at large.  The circumstances leading up to the shooting have yet to be determined. 


Gang Unit detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.  There is no suspect description available at this time.
