The Morning Blotter: More Details On Monday Night Stabbing

We've got more details what went down before a man was stabbed near the King County courthouse Monday night.

According to SPD spokesman Mark Jamieson, police responded to a report of three people fighting at 3rd and Jefferson around 11:00pm. Police received information that one of the brawlers was possibly armed with a knife.

Officers arrived on scene and found a man who had been stabbed twice.

The man told police he had been sitting at bus stop when suspect walked up to him mumbling about "being sold some bad crack."

The victim told the suspect "i didn't sell you any crack," and the suspect responded by pulling out a knife and stabbing him before he fled.

No word on any arrests.
