The Morning Blotter: Crazy People With Knives Part 1

By Jonah Spangenthal-Lee August 3, 2010

Around 6:45pm on July 29th a man was walking near 16th Ave S and S College St on Beacon Hill when a Hispanic male, around 30 years old, with a "shaved head, tattoos on [his] stomach, no shirt and blue pants" approached him.

The suspect, who "appeared to be high on narcotics," according to the report, pointed at the victim's chest and told him "next time! next time!"

The victim apparently tried to ignore the suspect and walked past him. The victim then heard "some rustling" and turned to see the suspect holding a switchblade knife in his hand.

The victim took off running, and the suspect followed, although he eventually turned and ran off in another direction.

The victim called police who, it appears, weren't able to find the suspect.

More crazy knifeplay coming up within the hour!
