It looks like burglaries might've picked up in the last week or so (this is based simply on the fact that the map seems to have more blue dots than usual. I haven't run the numbers):

Speaking of burglaries, one eagle-eyed West Seattle neighbor may have spotted someone casing a home in the 7100 block of 47th Ave last week:

family was away he saw a potential burglary susp trying to get into a
window located on the e/side. The friend told her that he chased the unk.
